I've got a little bit of this going on also with my new truck. Not so much wind noise, but sounds like the drivers side door moves/shakes when going over washboard bumps.

Exactly!

I had a 17 F450 that I did the door seal mod in, sort of worked but made the door very hard to close. I prefer not to do it on the new 350.

Hopefully the collective wisdom of the forum will find a solution!

Once again, if you simply loosen the two bolts that hold the striker in place there should be enough play to allow it to be moved inward a bit. I did this over 4k miles ago and no wind noise, no rattles, no squeaks and no tape. It pulls the door in a bit tighter. The problem must be the door is not fitting tightly enough with the latch to stop movement.

Did u have to use lock tight for the striker bolts?

My Platinum developed this problem. I wiped the door seals thoroughly with pure silicone spray and the problem completely disappeared.

I tried moving my striker and I still come up with the same issue. I cleaned all of my door seals as well and still rattled.

The only remedy that seems to help is wrapping the door striker with tape and it solves the issue temporarily until the tape wears off. I though about making some kind of solid sleeve to go over the striker to help with wear use.

I'll try adjusting my striker(s) this weekend. I seem to have developed this door / b-pillar rattle on both the driver and passenger side when hitting bumps. Super annoying on a truck in this price class.

Add me to the squeeky drivers side door. I can feel it creaking if you place your hand against the door just above the arm rest. I have 2500 miles... did anyone happen to take a picture of where they are placing this tape? Thanks

I have the same issue. Put some tape on the door and it fixed it. So, I made an appointment to have the dealer take a look at it for a permanent fix. I took the tape off before I took it in and the rattle was gone completely, so cancelled the appointment until the rattle came back. The rattle was gone for probably 3 weeks, but it's back again, so I've got tape on it for now.

To those that adjusted the striker catch, did this remedy the problem?
