My driver door has developed a squeak after 1500 miles. I cleaned the seals with 303 with no effect. I took it to the dealer today, they used the "official Ford penetrating fluid". It helped a lot, but still not quiet. The dealer is going to contact Ford to see if any other people have had a similar problems. Has anyone here have the problem? I know past years had issues after the seals were worn and used surgical tubing in the seal to fix it, but this is a 25 month old vehicle!

i have a tick from B pillar area over bumps...only 2300 miles and not a huge deal so I plan to let it go a while and see
I just developed a squeak or tick sound next to the B pillar on the drivers side as well after 1500 miles and 2 months of having the truck! Wow, please keep me posted if anybody knows the cause and the fix. Thank you
I have the same issue. Driver door squeaks. Pretty much all the time unless the road is very smooth. Any bump or uneven road and it drives me crazy. Anyone find a fix?

It is driving me crazy as well! I go into the dealership next Monday to see if they can fix it. If ANYONE has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it before I go in so I can guide them in the right direction on how to fix it.
I have it too!! It is on more than one door. My dad's 17 f150 has an issue with almost all of the doors. I had this problem on my 2012 f350. Why does ford have so many issues with weatherstripping???
I picked up my new F350 on thursday and on saturday i noticed squeaking coming from the drivers door on gravel roads. not particularly pleased with this ~feature~ on my new truck <500 miles.
Mine squeaks also. But it's the handle. It has 2 pieces that touch sachother and they make noise on bumpy roads I am gonna go in and ask for a new door panel
I have the same squeak and it's on the driver's side as well. It started at around 6500 miles. Very noticeable on rough roads and I'm talking about paved roads...washboard gravel drives you crazy.
I'm into the dealer next week and I'll see what they come up with.
Exactly what happened to mine as well. I first noticed it at 1300 miles on a dirt road. It's driving me crazy and I don't even have 2000 miles on my truck.
mine isn't squeaking so much as i can hear the door rubbing on the seal, if it weren't so new it would probably squeak. although i did discover what may be exascerbating the issue, its missing the little rubber bumper on the door. see pic,
