Just wanted to let everyone know I think the issue has been resolved, wont know for sure until I re-install it tommorow. But I dissasembled the turbo and tryed to move the actuator plunger back and forth with a magnet and it kept getting caught about half way for some reason. I tryed to pull it out and was unable to. Either the housing inside is bent or its all rusted im not sure. So I pulled out the impeller exhaust piece and intake impeller and installed them on my 06 housing. I still used the exhaust housing from the 03 due to the exhaust impeller being bigger. Its all put back together and slides back and forth very smoothly. Ill post up in the a.m once its in the truck. Boy do I got a story for you guys. First off gonna say I'm a moron.. it's been a long day. Soo long story short, kinda. I finished putting together my 2003 turbo last night... but I didn't realize at the time I installed the 2006 turbo viens in the 2003 turbo. They are different! thicker... anyways I ended up breaking some vein pins (refer to picture) and also burring up the 2006 veins. So I had to rip it apart. I took the 2006 viens out of it and cleaned up the burrs on them as much as I could cause I need them for my 2006 turbo now since I broke off two of the pins on the 2003 turbo. Got the 2006 turbo installed now and I got boost. I'm going to order new viens anyways because the ones in there aren't in the best shape now. I'm pretty upset that I won't have that 03 whistle
