That's easy enough to remove. At least to see what happens when you do.

Did you try unplugging the EBP to see what happens?

WOT while driving, long time before that boost got there. And when I let off the throttle she makes a whistling, not like a turbo whistle or blow off but like a leaking whistle, hard to explain.
Does same thing. Here's a pic, I held it WOT while driving for a long time before boost would finally come up. I noticed delta is high, I will address that later with a good flush once I figure out my main issue first.

Is that MAF reading g/s and if so can you tell what it is calculated by? The way it reads would equate to less than one CFM. But if that is being multiplied by 100k then would be over 600 CFM.

It seems like something is cracked or loose.

You can build one of these and pressurize your turbo system to try and find any boost leak.

Your CFM or g/s looks good. I just did a calculation, but I used 3500 RPM as what you were probably near or around at WOT.

Torque must be multiplying so you're not seeing 305800 g/s, only 305.8.

I made myself one of those caps for the front of the turbo and pressurized it with shop air to about 25psi. Didnt hear any leaks from the air to air system. When I had the turbo out I didnt a quick check of the up pipes and they looked alright but I guess I wouldnt be able to see a small crack.

Smoke test! Get a bottle of Gatorade, some cigars, and some duct tape. That'll show a crack.

Easier to YouTube it.

Drink Gatorade so you're hydrated...

Drill hole slightly smaller than cigar in lid. Drill small hole size of air nozzle in bottom of bottle. Light cigar and screw lit portion into bottle. Duct tape cap side onto exhaust pipe. Apply shop air through bottom of bottle. Forces smoke into exhaust. Takes a bit and might need to do two cigars.

Stupid question but when the turbo was out did you spin the compressor wheel and watch the exhaust wheel and watch it turn at the same time. Is it possible the shaft is broke? Might remove the downpipe clamp and slide it back and with a mirror spin the compressor wheel and watch the backside wheel for movement.

Doing the smoke test and it's just leaking out the clamp at the downpipe to turbo. It's real right but I guess it's still leaking through so it's not getting to the up pipes... Id have to smoke test right at the back of the turbo

No, tighten it up right and test it. I think that's your problem

Turbo is coming out. I'll have it out soon. Yama4fitty, do you text by chance? Maybe I can send you some pics while I'm taking it apart. You'll probly spot something before I do.
