Stock fuel ststem.
I have had issues over the past year with the truck shutting off.
So i changed the CPS and unplugged the fuel bowl heater months ago.
Seemed to work.
So when i hit this massive pot hole truck shut off.
Tried to restart and did not start.
But it did crank. At that point when i went to restart the tach did NOT move.
Had a used CPS in the cab so i replaced it and same thing. No start.
I just tested both #9 and #22
And both tested out good
Have you checked tin nut and the pigtail on the IPR? Tin nut may have been loose and fallen off with the jolt if it was really loose. Pigtail can cause a truck to shut off when the wires get corroded and touch each other.

Did you TEST (using a meter, not just visually checking) fuses #9 and #22?
Also dont forget the tin nut of the IPR and pigtail as mentioned above.
Okay that's MAJOR intel. With no WTS light, most likely you have a main power issue to the PCM. As José and I both said, TEST those two fuses (use a meter). Also check for power at the terminals on those two fuse sockets. Also test the PCM power relay.
Don't bother with fuel pressure, IPR, hydraulic injection pressure, air in the tires, trending platinum price or anything else until you get power to the PCM.
Also, check to see if the fuse 22 bounced out of its plug when you hit the bump. If it's just kind of sitting in there and not actually stuck in, it won't get power to the PCM
