I bought super store brand last time and its been 2 months on this bag, the bag usually lasts a month, same thing with the suet cakes. Rona seems to be the brand they want.
I try different types of suet, now I put two kinds out to see what gets the most use. Woodpeckers seem to like one kind and other birds a different one.
It gets aggravated about every night at work.. But the bleeding is less.. Got me some comfortable Merrels at shoe carnival .. buy one get one half price..
I picked it up a couple of years ago and haven't really had the time to put it into this place Steve. There's going to be some creative locations involved with the way its getting put in as the roof line is to low to mount the cameras. I'll be building 2 bird houses in order to get them in good viewing locations and can keep them safe. Going to add some cables to my skyline and will string the cable to the shop and then to the house, 3 cameras out back and 3 on the house.
Does your camera have audio Perry. I noticed audio inputs on back of the DVR but noticed there was no audio jacks on the cameras in this kit..so not likely any mics either
There's an audio camera that you need to buy, I think its about $50, am thinking about putting one by my front door and having 7 cameras in total as there's 8 plugins on my machine.
I'll go online tonight and find out what the audio camera is about and if it uses a different cable. One of my channels was giving me audio but the camera didn't have the pickup to here what was going on.
