It's another dull Dec morning without any sun.
We`re a bit warmer Grant, -12C, -19C windchill.
Not even heat helps John? It usually works for me.

I've been using heat and ice Morris plus using my DR HO and also have a massaging chair. Nothing seems to be helping so far..

My son insists I try ice packs, I`m cold enough as it is in the winters. I find that heat really relaxes my sore, aching muscles.

Actually ice feels hot after about 30 seconds and is the better than heat for strained muscles. I was told it is always best to finish with ice

I prescribe that you go to your local pot store and pick up an 1/8th ounce of pot and take 3 to 5 puffs a day and not more than 2 puffs in a row, this will help with your pain. Dr Feelgood. Lol

Needed to go out and pick up more supplies from Rona, every time I go out for supplies it seems to cost $100. Getting tired of that and not being a Tuesday I didn't get the 15percent seniors discount at Rona.

Building bird houses is a PITA, there's going to be high rent on these ones.

That doesn't sound to exciting John.

Ice works great for my son John, for me it wouldn't feel good since I`m always chilled from Oct till mid April....if it actually warms up by then. What type of surgery?
Anytime I step out the door it seems to cost more me than $100 Perry, if I went to Rona, Princess Auto, Peavey Mart, Home Depot it's usually hundreds more.

I don't find that the ice chills me, it's pretty much isolated to where it's applied..

I guess it's just the thought of a cold, large ice pack on my lower back that turns me off while heat sounds so much better.
