The other night my back was so sore that it woke me up so I used a power heat/massager that did wonders.
What did you use, exhaust manifolds or headers? I have a few different sets of headers but none of them would work with the 1980 Mercury front clip so I`m using a set of 351 stock manifolds, they are bigger than the 302 ones.
Using the stock manifolds. I'm lucky if I can get about 3 hours sleep before my back , shoulder or hip wakes me up..
Took the 50 out for a spin today to blow the winter dust of it. Had Matthew and his friend with me and he thought it was really cool that it did not have seat belts. As we were driving and the drivers door was rattling I remembered that I had found some carrage bolts when I was cleaning up the garage this spring. When I got home I took the old bolts out of the door catch and put in the new bolts with some locktite. Hopefully that will keep the catch in place and keep the food from rattling.
It`s great when younger kids get exposed to older vehicles like our`s and even greater when they have a genuine interest.
I plated my stock 64 XL and my stock 53 M100 yesterday when it was super nice, today sucked with the cold and wind so I didn`t go for a cruise.

It was very windy here yesterday Morris but the temp was still decent, I was comfortable in a T Shirt.
Although my daughter wouldn't admit it she, likes riding in the old truck also.
Gerry, buy a black one, they look so much better. ;-) At least that is the color i would get.

Chores are done for the day, now I get to kick back and watch the roundy round race on FOX, it may be a fake race though. Guy says he's going to drop by and look at a 351m motor and C6 combo that I have in back. I'll never use it so it would be nice to see it go. This is clean out and raise the shelter time for the next 2 weeks and it would be nice to close it all off with a $350 tip and then I'll be ready for May with everything that I want done, done.

It`s easy for me to say what you should buy but if I`m not paying for it best I keep quiet.
The last part of the race was a heart breaker but the kid still did good, leading for part of the race and picking up points. He`ll be dynamite in a few yrs.
