It was a nice evening to be outside in my yard and shop, my outdoor cats are certainly enjoying this weather too. The next 3-4 days are supposed to be nice like this then a bit cooler.

The landlord pulled the laminate off of the living room floor and discovered a 18' fresh crack in the concrete floor and the next day the place got flooded again which exposed a seperation crack between the floor and sewer drain. I've offered a couple of times to cut it out for him or to bring in the tools so that he can do it but thats to easy. Must rent tools from Home Depot and make big project out of it and spend multiple weeks doing it. He doesn't realize its just another drain to me, I've only done 25 or 30 of them in different ways, indoors and outdoors. Getting someone who knows what they're doing is to easy, must do it the wrong way or hire expensive company to do it. When it got flooded I offered to go home and get my snake and snake it out, to easy, instead he got a plumber in for $186 to snake it out with the same size snake that I have. Mistakes are one thing Morris but in this town its rampant mass stupidity that gets to me.

I got charged over $250 for a snake service call, they did an excellent job but I thought that was quite high.

Everything seems to be that way John. At least the Chinese food I had for supper from Safeway was reasonable, their onion rings are really great! My wife and grand daughter had the pizza they wanted.

Its been an interesting day, did all sorts of things, went all sorts of places, had a beer for the first time in who knows how many years and now need to measure my basement to see which room is big enough for a pool table as that's something that may be showing up. Theres a search on for a pinball machine and a cafe style juke box or 2.

Morning Morris. Nothing happening right now. Aside from dealing with some system issues caused by our IT department. They decided on Thursday to unhook something real quick on the network. That screwed up a system we need big time. They still haven't finished fixing their screw up. And it looks like the inflatable dome is going up today. How are you doing?
