Today was a day off out here also John, went to the Sunridge mall and did the babewatch with buddy Rob while James went xmas shopping for his wife and girls.Good thing I brought my coupons with as we pigged out on A&W 2 can dine for the price of deals. For under $40 the 3 of us ate enough for 6.

I had non stop work, work, work for to long so getting sick for a couple of days turned out to be a good thing. Today I still wasn't in shape to do anything but wear myself out, Rob was back from a California run and James was playing hooky so it turned out to be a middle aged Ferris Bueller day off. Previewed 2 auctions but didn't feel like having to long of a day, so it's a cat's christmas tree night, tree is courtesy of Charlie Brown.

My winter days are usually pretty slack John, when I shoveled a path to my shop last night it just drifted back in. Winter is my time to be a hermit too.
I like getting A&W coupons, usually they expire before I can use all of them up.
Your cats don`t mess up your Christmas tree night? Mine is getting older so a Christmas tree is of little interest to her.

It took the cats 5 seasons to destroy the last one, it was ugly as sin and was made from garland and clothes hangar wire, a dollar store special. This on is a glorified branch that comes with a stand and can be folded to look like a 15" tree, another dollar store special. Bought lights and decorations that make noise when the cats knock them off so that will keep them entertained. Frankie would stare at the last one while the lights sequenced. If they play with it, toss it at each other or use it in they're fights, then its worth it.

This one actually looks like a realistic branch and most of the decorations are different types of bells, some are foil covered 1" squares, perfect cat toys. lol

Sally has taken to peeing in the catnip lately so thats out of the question for a while. These 2 don't need much motivation to knocking the decorations around, if it can be played with it'll get knocked to the floor.

A beautiful start to the day, it`s warmed up!
The stray cats that show up here are usually really great cats. I`d be sad to send any animal to the SPCA.
We also used a spray bottle on our house cat, she`s pretty smart so we hardly had to use it. It was entertaining tho while lasted.
