Petrol out here yoyo.s between 89.9 and 99.9, its never the same price one fill up to the next but I get a $.04 litre discount on mondays and thursdays at Domo.
Looked at another house today, 4 short blocks down the street and it has a big assed garage.

The landlord is a real estate agent and I let him know that in 15 months I'd be looking to buy the place Morris. I've got to finish up the paperwork on my application for a home ownership grant program. If I'm accepted I'll have 6 - 8k in grant money available from October 2018 to September 2019 to help with the down payment and closing costs.

It's a private sector grant through the Owen Hart Home Ownership program put on by Momentum, they're a private sector organization that helps people get ahead in life. If the sponsored program has a high enough success rate it becomes a tax write off for the sponsors. I took a savings program there 4 years ago and taught a Financial Literacy course for 2 course programs at the same time.
