I don't really follow the manufacturer results as the cars are more like spec racers nowadays Morris unlike the pre 90's cars. Truex dug deep and came thru with another win, the furniture row team is one of the few truly independent teams and Truex is one of the last old school racers so I pull for them. Didn't get much done packing wise as my back has been hurting for the last couple of days, old injury. Got my tow bar attached and centered so the 48 will be ready to go tomorrow. Have a 4' x 5' area of pavers to do tomorrow and a bunch of cut stones to do, will use the skill saw and 4.5" angle grinder for that. James and his mother June get nervous when they see me using a 7.5" diamond blade on the grinder but many years of using it makes it easy for me. The gyro effect is something you learn to use to your advantage as it helps keep the grinder straight up and that ensures it doesn't jam up and kick back.

I don't really follow Nascar any more either but I do get a bit curious now and then.
Watch out for that old injury, I`ve got a few too many and now they`re catching up to me.
What do you use the diamond blade on the grinder for, cutting wood or?

I use the diamond blade for anything thats concrete or stone, DO NOT LET IT HIT REBAR, if your using a non kerfed blade you can put a bare finger to the edge of the blade during as its slowing down and no damage, hit a piece of rebar when using a kerfed blade like I do and it will be like whacking yourself with the sharp end of an axe head at full swing. Can free hand cut tile, stone, brick or stone into pretty much any pattern that I want. Can also carve stone and rock with the grinder also and have used my 7 & 9" grinders the same way but they get hard on the back. Theres a lot of different size and type of diamond blades out there but the rule is the same, don't mess with rebar or even rebar wire mat as it will warp your blade if your lucky, will really hurt if your unlucky or an unkerfed blade won't penetrate it at all. These blades don't work on wood unless you need to start a fire without matches, lighter or by rubbing 2 sticks together.

I've been looking for either a Triumph or MG parts car for the Overland but I'm a really cheap cuss and won't pay more than 2 grand, unfortunately most of the cars I'm willing to buy are 3 times the price. If I buy the right car I can get back most of my cost back selling off the parts that I don't need, should only take a year or 2 to sell the parts. LOL

Good afternoon folks.
I like to stay away from anything that rotates at high speed that`s not at least partially enclosed.
Hello Shaun, are you on days off now?
Nice looking MG Grant, seems like a good place for a 5.0 transplant.
Now is the time for maintenance rather then winter John. I heard we`re in for a cold one.

Supposed to be 5° tomorrow with a mix of sun and cloud, might be able to get out in the truck again after all...
