Pissing down rain here now, earlier than what the forecast said. Apparently north of us had golf ball sized hail and doing a fair amount of damage so the rumors say..

I think this transmission has to go back , refuses to go into low gear...

Finally it was a gorgeous day here out of the seat zone after last night`s rain, the rest of the week is in the lower to mid 20`s instead of the low 30`s.
Bummer on your transmission John.

It is a bummer Morris and not feeling too good about it, just another set back..really loosing my taste for Ford's though...

Actually the more I read about it it was a very poor design, they can be trashed very easy apparently. Think I should have spent double the money and got a Gear vendors instead

Well I haven't pulled the transmission yet, my problem might be the torque converter is too high of a stall...

Did you buy both as a set or separately?
Thank goodness our heat wave is over.....I just hope it stays away for a very long time.
