Good late afternoon folks, nice to see a little shower come up to keep the dust down on the walking trail I`m working on..
$35,000 is what it cost me to do a minor reno on my house quite a few yrs ago Perry.
Hello Ian, we`re getting the rain that you need for those forest fires,
Good to see you survived the invasion of your relatives, maybe that`s why the dishwasher broke down. They didn`t ask if you needed the adapter kit cause they want to see come thru their doors again.
Hello John, any more car shows coming up your way? All too soon it`ll be all over for another yr.

Got the cabinets unloaded just in time to miss the thunder storm thats pissing down right now. Good enough reason to take the rest of the day off. Good thing my brothers paperwork only took a half hour or I would've been screwed by the rain, only have to hurry up and wait til friday to sign his account as a joint account. The last time I spent 10k doing a reno was during my warehouse days most of that went into shelving, 40 gallons of paint and security cameras. Cameras have come down in price a lot in the 20 years since then, my current system cost less than 1 camera. I keep an eye on kijiji so its relatively easy for me to keep my reno jobs a lot cheaper than most contractors, allows me to take my time on site to do the small extras like making sure the job doesn't get short cutted. I don't mind buying new if thats whats needed, but to put in 2 kitchen cabinet sets for a g note sure gives me a lot of budget room.

Hope you get this rain too Ian, sure helps us.

Another nice warm day in paradise, a few clouds made it even nicer.
I`m not real big on car shows any more John, I`d rather cruise instead.
How is your Manitoba weather Grant? It`s great here after a few timely rains.
Sorry to hear about your friend Gerry, I`ve lost a few in the last 3-4 yrs.

Sorry to hear about your buddy Gerry, these things come out of left field sometimes.
Don't get to many car shows myself around here, don't like the big shows but enjoy doing the parking lot gtg's.
Checking out a sponsored home owner ship program that matches your savings program 3 to 1, kind of hedging myself for next year
