Why so quiet around here? Feels like we should be able to get a ramble going with even a few folks. I'll try and start since I'm many beers into the evening.
What are your plans for Sunday?
I'll go first....The kids are at Grandma's. We're drinking late, sleeping late and going from there in the morning. I think there's a new smoker in my future...we'll see in the morning

I got my 3D printer back together and working again.
Until next weekend when the new parts show up from Germany.
But on the up side I won't have to take it as far apart to install
the new parts.

Having a problem at work would be nice for me.
This disability crap SUCKS
I say fix my back and then let me go back to working full time if my
body can handle it. The one thing about being off with a restricted
activity has done more damage I think than the fall did to the disks
as far as overall abilities go.
Now I do have to say I do have an up side today. The homemade
chilly I had the other day is starting to settle down and my gut thanks
the the imodium that I have been on for the last few days.
It was just too tasty to toss out. I thought it was safe but I guess it
was not.
Nothing like a good chili recipe with coarse ground beef, real tomatoes
and beans to just make a good dinner.
BTW My homemade chili has to be spicy. Hot enough that you sweat
eating it cold. Heating it on the stove or microwave really brings out the taste.
Sorry to hear you're on disability....I had no idea. I can only imagine what it must be like when you're chomping at the bit to get back to work. I hope you're back up and running again soon.
It is hard to pass on a good chili. My wife makes a great version and I load it up with heat too. Prob not as much as you, but I like some heat in mine as well. Helps clear the sinus out!
