Looks strange to me. I sometimes have issues with pop-ups and auto-forwards when I'm on my mobile, but not my home computer (iPad) and never with certificates. We're you leaving this forum and going to Facebook when that alert came up? If so, FB might be having issues. Maybe Putin redirected the URL (haha).
That second pop-up looks like something you'd get if your employer blocked a website. Are you on your work computer?
Combined, things look fishy. Maybe just dumping your cache and memory and a full reboot will fix things. But that's the limit of my computer knowledge.
My guess is you've got some kind of virus. The Facebook stuff is a phishing scam to catch FB users off guard. I'd run a full computer scan and go from there. Clicking on any of those pop-ups will likely redirect you to a corrupt website that has hidden malicious code.
I've read thru the "Tech help" posts here about the issues I have (and others) on mobile devices. Sounds like one of the companies that injects the ads we see gets hacked and then the bad guys can insert corrupt code that does the re-direct. What I can't figure out is why it only happens on my phone and not also when I'm on my iPad. But I'm not a IT/Tech guy, so who knows.
Right now it more of a just an annoyance.
This system is going to get wiped here soon anyway.
So it's sort of that kick in the @ that gets me moving
the stuff I am keeping.
One other point I do run AdBlock do to the fact a few
years back FTW was getting a lot of malformed ads
and the support people at the IB office said run it.
I have never bothered removing it. Really nice with out
the ads.

I left work early and I'm taking my afternoon calls from home. Was not in the mood for another evening commute like last night. It's was if the Idiot Farm issued 24 hour leave passes.
So, truck update... got the truck torn apart and the IWEs also chewed up the ring gear on the wheel bearings, so those are on the way. Luckily the CV halfshafts look okay, those are even more expensive.
Got er taken care of. Luckily this truck is easy to work on. Only somewhat difficult part was getting the vacuum solenoid off without taking the battery out. That's what I get for being lazy.
