good evening all.. didnt get a lot done.. fixed up a couple of tires for a friends kids car.. worked on bullet a little.. getting hard to get up and down to get under trucks.. i have several pillows and pieces of foam to make it easier.. i hope tomorrow will bring more progress than today

Haven't been on too much lately so have tried to catch up on the end of the Aug thread and now the Sept one.
Finally got to put the 85 to work picking up some pellets for winter this past week. Kind of nice being able to let it earns its keep around here.
Been a pretty relaxed weekend so far - just spending it with the family.
Oh, and had the joy of experiencing a brown recluse bite a little over a week ago. Now there's a google image search that will keep you up at night.
Well, I started in on the 4Runner and discovered it needed a few additional parts that I didn't have time to run down and install before dark, so that project is the #1 priority next weekend. Brake pads, ball joints, wheel bearings, and axle assemblies. Should be as good as new providing I don't find the control arm bushings are shot.
good morning missouri... i dont like hollidays now i will be a day off all week. ha ha ha ha .. i just noticed i have ducks swimming around in the creek.. thats a good sign that maybe cooler weather is coming..
i need to put this bed on one of my 41 chevy frames.. going to build a 'fake' truck ha ha ha
thats good rich.. i will at least drive a ford today myself.. i need to go get the 47 chevy at the yard, to strip a few parts off for the petit jean mountain show.. i need to get my load built..
well not really a fake truck.. i am just setting the parts on a frame to kind of resemble a truck.. i hope to find new homes for a few of these old trucks.. i know there should be someone out there wanting to build some rat-rods...or maybe restore a old truck..
