Morning . well sense it cooled off i put 6 sharp cheader , 2 gudah and 2 large blocks of swiss on the smoker . It's running on some hickory chips i run through the chipper then dry . Don't get two excited as it has to age for 30 days afterwards to mellow out .

Evening All!
We spent the weekend at the lake. Last trip of the year in the camper. I'll winterize it this week and close it up. It sure was nice to sit and do nothing by the water. It went a long way to recharge my battery. Now starts the thrash to get the hauler and trailer ready again for the long trip east in November. I want to have all the safety updates done to Earthquake too, because I plan on pitching stage 1 fill in shows at the bigger events next year.

... cool about the invite alan hope you wont have to much pressure this time around... smokey cheese sounds good..
the petit jean swap meet was fun but kinda slower this year.. it probably wont pick up again till after the elections (people are very nervous about spending right now).. but it was a good break to be away from the shop.. if my legs will co-operate i would like a solid month of getting hard after the trucks in the shop and make some room around there...

Good afternoon all. Got the Chebby fired up this past weekend. Gonna have to use it to haul wood out of the woods for the stove this winter. Not much else here, we've been brush hogging and cutting trees out back of the house. Going to have the woods cleaned up a bit by next year.
