I didn't work on anything today, we went to Six Flags for military appreciation. We got there early to try and beat the heat and we had a great time. Even little man was real good and very little fuss. The wife and I only got to ride one roller coaster but it was still fun.

In other news, I started the radiator support repairs several weeks ago, and got the front end back together again.

After the first huge drop and around the 2nd loop I was having the same exact thoughts. Not quite the same fun I remembered when I was a much younger man. We mainly went to take my daughter and her boyfriend for a good time. Little man was extremely good being out in the heat for so long but it just reaffirmed to me that he needs to be 3 or 4 before we go to Disney World. The wife had 4 battery powered fans blowing in him to keep him cool!!

The funnest part was my wife riding the roller coaster with me with her eyes closed and asking the whole way is it over yet!!!! No back problems but my stomach is not so rock solid and I get light headed for some reason. I must be getting old too. Most of Disney's rides are fairly mild so no worries when we finally go there. I'm happy sitting on the beach with a cold brew and enjoying the sun, water and great places to eat.
She likes visiting the beach but after they had that one year of hurricane after hurricane in Florida living there full time was definitely out. She also says it's too hot and humid for her plus it kinda takes the magic away if you live there all the time.

My buddy down the road wants to sell it and I can really use one, so now it's sitting in my yard. I told him I would pay for it with my Yancey checks. Runs great, brand new bush hog and comes with a grading blade too. Worst comes to worst I can always resell it for more than I will have into it. I makes mowing the pastures and land a ton easier and faster.
