Just want to clarify, I'm not trying to be a dick. I just think anyone who is thinking of deleting do some other research and not take this thread as gospel. You don't need a dyno, full piping kits have been done by multiple ppl already. Whoever is doing the tuning thou, ie pip or Spartan needs to know what all mods you have done to the truck and the tune needs to be modified if it is more than a simple delete. The device you use to tune is just that, a device. It is the custom tunes that you load on it that make all the difference. Sct accepts custom tunes is why it is widely used. As is the auto agent. Spartan used there own tunes but can also accommodate any mods you have done you just need to specify before getting the tunes.

No offense taken, didn't take it that way at all
I do have all the goods still, I'm not doing anything with it, I'll wait until I see/hear what I need can be done remotely in the middle of nowhere
To also clarify, the shop I'm using, they have these mods working very well on many trucks from '11 and on, for some reason mine is being a PITA. Not given up, just on the shelf for now.
I just hate to see that this didn't work out for you. Would have liked to hear it all smoothed out. With the sct thou any of those big name tuners should have been able to just email you the tunes for you to upload. That's why Morgan asked you if you had a sct. Good luck thou man, hope it turns around.

I've done more for less, lol, no worries, thank you and everyone else for the input and consideration! Once things quiet down and I get time, I can put my truck back into the delete strategy, I can always just do a bypass and delete, I'm sure it would work then, but for now I can't take the time to put it aside. Need my truck close by for the next 6-7 weeks
