So far just a pretty good rain coming down....still. Breeze feels nice, been sitting out on the front porch with my Mandolin.
Your front porch is the perfect place to watch a storm from.

A little breezy and 70*.
Sure was nice cutting grass today in less than 90*...
Pulled up all but one of my tomato plants and tilled that part of the garden and never broke a sweat...
You already tilled up the tomatoes? Mine are still producing enough to keep me in tomato sandwiches for lunch!

Well if you have pine trees, you will come to hate pine straw with a passion. I know I do. Makes a mess every time the wind blows!
Well just loaded up a few items to run down to my buddy's farm in Raeford, scrap metal, old riding mower and such. He'll re-use, re-build or scrap it for cash. Either way it's out of my place, and will make his wife real happy!!!
Well ya'll stay safe and try not to work too hard. It is the weeekend after all!

And I was on that front porch too
Yup everybody good, and most of them felt the Earthquake, along with friends that are in Southern Missouri too.
Thanks for asking, Josh
We hit up Darlington yesterday, definitely a very fun time. We left out a bit early since we came all the way home last night. Pulled into the house just after 12:30, I took about 25 minutes off what the GPS said it would take when we left.
I can't believe it's the last big holiday weekend of the summer already. And one of the trees in the back yard is already dropping yellow leaves. I'm not ready for this stuff. But, we are getting closer to seeing our Christmas lights in action, that we've been working on all year long.
Beautiful out yesterday and Shari was feeling pretty good, so we got out of the house and checked out the new Costco's here in Apex. Truthfully, I've never been in one, so we got us a membership, and spent $398 on groceries, and a sweet Yamaha Sound Bar for the tv in the front room. I was really impressed with this one, great sound, with a built in sub woofer, and I can still plug my 12o watt powered sub into it too.
Get outside and enjoy the weather. Hope y'all have a good Labor Day
Just got back from taking my boys to Nitro Circus Live down here in Fayetteville. WOW! What a show! My boys were both grinning ear to ear all night. Dad, for the win!

Nothing wrong with that at all
I miss doing that stuff with my son, who's now 22 and works almost every day of the week.
Nothing going on around the house today, and like most day's.
Shari is doing great and is back to work, even though she works from home today.
Gonna take my Rocky out for our morning walk, and I believe I'll fire Ka'Bluey up and go for a spin around town. He hasn't been out of the drive way in a couple of weeks.
Hope everybody had a safe holiday weekend.
