I made a batch of Apple Pie for our trip back home in June.
I sat on the porch in Gatlinburg and killed the rest of it, the night those trees fell on my truck

LONG day

Shari came home from work early Monday with stomach pains. The pain got worse during the night, so by 9pm we were at Wake Med in Cary, in the ER.
The did some test' and told us that her Appendix needed to come out. She was admitted, naturally, and at 12 noon yesterday went under the knife.
It was a long couple of day's but all went fine and we got back home about 9pm yesterday evening.
Today, I'm doing nothing until I visit my beloved coffee pot a few times, and babysitting my favorite girl.
Hope y'all are doing well.
