Are you cooking a brisket on your chrome step bar?
Not this time, they're already on the truck, and I finally got it detailed

So I put it in the smoker for about 12 hours.
Hey all, I finally got my PA tax return from 4 months ago. Can you guess where that money is going? If you guessed truck parts, you win! So where's the best place, brand, etc, to buy floor pans for my 78 F150?
Thanks Matt.
I took Ka'Bluey out for a ride yesterday, it was nice to fire him up and go a nice ride. I have my rust here too
Here's a shot from inside the cab yesterday.

Matt, like David (Dlibson) mentioned LMC isn't bad to use. That's where I bought the weather strips for Ka'Bluey years ago.
I would think that there are other places that carry auto paint and supplies would have body panels. Other brands I've used are Certifit, also known as "Sorta"-Fit. But it's that way with about any aftermarket body panel.

I'm cheap, I bought my fender from Amazon. Least it was free shipping. :/
I took a quick look. 150 a pair to your door. made in USA.
Y'all have a good day. I need to get outside and water things we don't want to die. Then I'm heading out to Wake Forest for some guitar time this morning.
I've used both of those sites before with good luck.
Looked at LMC, Bronco Graveyard, Amazon, and Rock Auto, also did a search on the forum to see if anybody had anything good or bad to say about floor pans they purchased and installed. All the pans I looked at seemed to be exactly the same in appearance anyway. Ended up taking my chances on the aftermarket pans from Rock Auto, shipped to my door this Tuesday for $74.67. With my neighbor's help, I'm confident we'll get these pans to work. Results will end up on my build thread.
I've used these aftermarket panels before and have had really good results. The panels I have fitting issues with are fenders, doors, hoods etc, anything that is a bolt on fit.
Everything else is usually pretty decent.

Really good to hear, can't wait to get them in the truck.
Still looking for a good name for her, my neighbor keeps calling her mint chocolate or Jade, not really what I'm going for. Any good suggestions?

Names can take a while, for Ka'Bluey, it didn't take too long. He was Blue when we bought him, and barely ran, I was sure he'd blow up at any moment. So he's Ka'Bluey
Got in a little earlier from Greensboro... I was impressed with Axle singing for ACDC. Also let's just say Angus has definitely still got it. They put on a 2.5 hour non stop action packed show, no talking and less than 30 seconds between every song.

My cousin Don was at that show last night too. I had wanted to go, but had to work. He told me today "I've never been an Axl Rose fan, but he hit it last night, he was so good he made me want to go see Guns & Roses when they come through".
