Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Raining cats and dogs here. Just a quick fly by. Just getting in from the ranch, change clothes then off to town for dinner and some wiper blades.
It would have been dad's birthday today and mother is having a bit of a rough time so my sister told her we were going to take her out to dinner.
Then the Warden sent me a text message saying she needed wipers on her car. Told her there was a squeegee and towel in the trunk......I'm thinking she didn't like that answer too well so I need to stop at Wally World or O'Reilly's as well.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 40° and rain, lots of rain. Sounds like rocks hitting the house......
I didn't have to sleep all night on the couch Roy. I sent her a picture from Wally World in Dallas showing her I had the wiper blades in hand. She got it on her last break so all was good.
Did some fishing at the "practice" pond this morning, but it didn't take long to figure out that those little planters just weren't worth standing out in the wind and the rain in full rain gear for. Wouldn't have been too bad, but the wind and rain was blowing in right in my face instead of from my back.
Good soggy evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Went down to the storage lot and took the camper off of the pickup and then went out to the ranch. Just now getting home.
Its raining so hard I had to slow down to 35 mph with the wipers on high. Time to fix some dinner and watch the race I have on DVR.

I'd be watching Rin Tin Tin AND Sky King if we got them here, but the "old time" station we get doesn't play them. Plays The Rifleman, Bonanza, Marshal Dillon, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Have Gun Will Travel, Lost in Space....but no Roy Rogers, Rin Tin Tin or Sky King.
Occasionally plays a Hop a Long Cassidy........
