Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Went shopping with the Warden and then went to the grocery store. Experience has taught me those are two very different beasts that each have a life of their own.
Then we went out to the ranch and took mother into Dallas for Dinner. Got her home, checked her heater-all is fine now and a toasty 73, walked her dog and now we are home.
Now I shall go check and see what is on the DVR. Could be a long night on the couch. Warden got a hair cut today and asked me how it looked and what I thought of it. Now, I'm not stupid enough to say anything but how nice and how great it looks. However, apparently there was a shocked look on my face, a slightly delayed response and perhaps a not so good voice inflection in my response.
Well.....in my defense it did catch me off guard to see her go from waist length hair to a Marine Corp boot camp hair cut.....
Howdy all..........made it home in one piece.....will have to go back a few more times to finish things .......but we got a good start on things. Glad to be back on the dry side.....safely.
Good morning Oregon, welcome to Thursday. Tired of listening to the local news talk about Obummas visit yesterday. His motorcade made a nice mess of rush hour, when they closed down the interstate through town.
