Belated good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else. A lot like Andy, just sitting around staying dry and doing paper / book work.
A fellow I know gave me an "employee discount" card for Cabela's that is good through tomorrow. That with my military discount and the Cabela's Silver Club credit is making me think I should buy something that I'm sure the Warden wouldn't necessarily approve of......
It will be so cheap with all the discounts you could tell her you got it for nothing Jim..
She's too smart for that. Besides I just realized that what I want is not in stock and the employee discount card is only good for "in stock" items. Oh well, there is always Veterans day next week when they have a pancake breakfast for active duty military, vets and first responders plus a full 10% off purchases plus the Silver Club points for in store purchase.
Still, its a big store and I do have the employee discount card.....
I made it about 1/2 an hour into the fence work before it started raining hard. I worked through it for a couple hours and then called it quits. I got the rest of the fence posts in and got a few sections of pickets up.

You can buy me a Birthday present......23 Nov. Savage semiautomatic .17 HMR............
That stuff is going around and it seems to be particularly nasty this year.
The Memory Care Facility where the MIL is had pretty much been in quarantine status for a couple of weeks. They started easing up mid week this week and we went in and saw the MIL but she was still pretty full of it. They still had some of the residents confined to rooms and feeding them there instead of in the chow hall.
No rain here......wasn't near as nice as yesterday, although it wasn't too bad. I didn't have to build a fire in the shop anyway. Not a lot going on, which is OK.
