Josh, if I can find the play money to get all of my seals, and rear brake shoes for Ka'Bluey I'll drive him out Saturday and we can get a little greasy. I still need to pay for those Title Indemnity Bonds too

Yea a roof is on my list too.... I want to go metal, have to see what the price will be.
I've heard Metal roofs are more expensive than shingled. My roof will be expensive enough as it is, I'm not going to make it any more expensive, especially since I don't know how long i will keep the house.
Though i am considering adding solar panels. I mean, they are supposed to pay for themselves fairly quickly, and who doesn't want the power company paying them instead of the way it is now.
Yea I've been told between 4-5k for shingles, and 7-8k for metal for my house. I'm planning on being here for a long time so metal roof is definitely a option if I can find a money tree....
