I did make it out to Bug Tussle and got the Title Indemnity Bond, and then to the License office where everybody, loves their job and co workers.
They did keep what I'd taken out and it has to be submitted to who know's who and hopefully the Title Fairy likes what they see and I get a good NC title back for Ka'Bluey

I really think this is it Larry. It has been a pain, but when I was told what I would have to get done, it did sound worse than it has been. BUT, every step takes more money. I've got almost $400 in the appraisals and Indemnity Bond.

Thank you Tony. It is calm outside at my house now and the pines made it through again. No damage to speak of. Some trash from the wind is all I can see. Hope everyone else is safe and sound.

We did good here in Apex, the same as others, windy and rain. Although I do dig a good Thunderstorm, the one flash of lightening and clap of thunder was enough to have Rocky pacing the house.

Well the rain slowed moving the girlfriend yesterday, so I'm having to double time it today to make up for yesterday. I'd like to be down to just the big stuff tomorrow, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.

dad stated the power was out at the Norlina house for 4 hrs because of the storm.. Said the rain wasnt too bad.. just more windy than anything... Here in VB we got both the wind and the rain.. sounded like a hurricane was outside.. next town over ended up with a lot of trees down.. but Waverly took the biggest hit with an F1 tornado causing 3 deaths.. and in the evening news today they updated it saying a little boy became the 4th victim in another town that was hit by an F3 tornado..
