We feel very fortunate that our home built in 2015 (1600 sq feet with a huge man cave attached garage with 10,000 lb BendPak lift) came on the market in 2019. We made a full price offer the same day it hit the market. At the time, we were fulltiming it and camp ground hosts just 10 miles away.
