Hi John... interesting Appraisal... was that from a private appraiser ?? What do they look at ?? do they take into consideration the custom things you did ?? did it have a positive or negative affect on our insurance rate ??:
cost for appraisal ???
thanks
john
Licensed appraiser of collectables /hot rods/classic vehicles. I haven't notified Hagerty yet. I did have it insured for an agreed amount of $25,000, I think that will change some now. Labor was not included in the appraisal, it wasn't with my panel either

Yeah, I think you have that insured for an amount that's a tad bit low!
Firewall and up under the dash all done
Battery cover
kick panels are fitted in but not glued yet, I still need to drill some holes in the door post and door for my wire looms..
I also installed the Newport Wiper motor and linkage to the wier pivots and gave them a test run..
John, could you do me BIG favor?
I like the looks of this Newport setup. But, I am afraid it is going to interfere with my EPAS steering column.
Could you get a picture of it as straight on as possible, and/or some measurements. I need to know how far off the firewall it sits out at it's furthest point, and how far left it sets...Like is the edge of it inline with the edge of the cluster, or a measurement from a factory mount hole or something....
Just noticed your post, not likely be able to get the picture you would like but I can go out and see if I can get the measurement you want tomorrow. My radio prevents taking the picture
