Tim and I are going to try a couple of things tomorrow, if it isn't raining hard.
Any of y'all know of a good butcher
My wife has invited a friend of hers and her husband over for some BBQ this Saturday, and I want to get a "Nice" Beef Brisket to put out in the smoker with a batch of my beans (Best beans you'll ever eat)!

Hollar when you wanna just get out of the house, and we'll take off and hit Field n Stream, or brave it and hit the new Cabelas that just opened.

Finally, day two of trying to get that crank bolt out, we got it
After a failed try of rolling the car down the drive way and dropping the clutch, and another try of bumping the starter finally broke that bolt lose

Sure hope the weather clears up tomorrow. Been all over this morning getting stuff for a BBQ tomorrow for a friend of my wifes and her husband (and I could do without him).
But if anybody wants to swing by and eat, let me know and I'll give you a better idea of when food will be ready, or just swing by and huff some smoke with me.
I snagged a #15 Beef Brisket this morning that I still need to trim and prep, and I have my beans ready to go in the smoker with the Brisket, and a couple packs of Brats.

Hope everybody's having a nice weekend so far.
Our food came out pretty good yesterday, some members that live in the area got an invite at last minute, but this was put together pretty fast.
Got coffee to finish off, and get my garden, 3 tomato plants in the ground

Do appreciate the invite brother, I've been trying to get to a highland games for several years now, and this one landed on a day I could make it, so I kinda had to go lol. Did finally find out some more about my family name, seems I'm part of Clan MacInnes. Now just to figure out what that means lol

Been a nice week, Marty and I got together and made it to the new Cabelas in Garner, nice place, cool toy's, and we each spent a few bucks on some fishing supplies. I got out yesterday and banged on the guitar for a couple of hours yesterday in Wake Forest. Today I need to get the yard mowed and trimmed, and helping Tim get his car going
We got the new timing belt replaced, new plugs, and wires, new gaskets and it runs better, but still has a miss to it. I think I hear a vacuum leak, but with that monster K&N air filter it has, I may just be hearing that thing sucking air.
If anybody has more knowledge than I do with these import V-6 front wheel drives, speak up. Their not my favorite things on the road.
