AE does the same thing - change the multiplier, and the max is a mess. Any time you change a multiplier on a gauge, you have to visit the scale on the gauge.
Has anyone compared MFD between Torque and AE? I'm seeing 155mg/stroke in Torque and 10.1g in AE.
A little off topic, but while trouble shooting a rough idle, I was schooled by a Ford tech. AE showed no failures in CCT, but reported my missing IAH. According to the tech, the presence of the AIH code ends the CCT before any weak cylinders appear. His workaround was to watch MFD while canceling 1 injector at a time and noting a rise in MFD. Sure enough, he canceled #7 and no change in MFD. #7 was only showing 1.7% perdel.

I have never confirmed the math on MFD the way I have on other PIDs. I've tinkered with it a few times, but I never finished my work.
That "off-topic" input is really quite on-topic. We use these devices to troubleshoot our trucks, and you're saying a simple Torque Pro can do a better job of troubleshooting a bad stick than you can with the fancy features of AE and the like.
I have a partial miss in one injector - that's tough to spot. I will say that I've seen rough idle with PerDels near 2, and it was a bad injector.
So I finally got toque pro set up and have a few issues.
My boost reads -2 ish at idle. Is that normal? EOT reads in Celsius no matter what I try. And the accelerator petal position does not read anything. Also the list of PID's that can be edited is not as long as the list that can be displayed. I'm new to this and not real tech savvy so forgive my ignorance if that's the case.
My MFD seems to be right on though.
One more, how accurate do you guys think the HP reading is?
Go through those settings to get English units instead of Metric
Also under settings, scroll down to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors"
Tap the 3 vertical dots in the upper right, "Add predefined set", choose "Ford(Incl Powerstroke)"
This adds more Ford PIDs.
Tip: Remember to use the back arrow to get to the main screen, hit the gear, and tap "Quit" when finished running TorquePro. Otherwise it doesn't close out properly.

Hope this helps!
Yes sir, I did all of those. Can I delete the PID and then reload the ford powerstroke? The weird thing is the Trans temp is good.

Try quitting the program, opening it again, and make sure you CONNECT to your truck. It doesn't always update the units until it gets new data from a connected vehicle.
