You truck guys are so lucky. So much room to install multiple fancy Baldwin filter heads under your hood.
I second the Duralift. There's a guy on the forum, i forget the name but if you search for him, you'll find him. He sells them. i got one from him and it was a very reasonable price.

Exactly, The only thing you need a filter head in the engine bay for is to bleed the air off with an empty system...
The stock IDI stuff really is bad as far as filtration is concerned.
