Which fuel seperation system

if i remember right..the fass will filter fuel before and after the pump..allows you to delete the bowl..where the air dog will filter with both filters before the pump...ill see if i can remember where i see this...

Went looking around and found a FASS system. Either the
DP-FASS-95/90-2014@55psiFuel System 90gph @55psi flow rate for stock to Moderate Power Levels
or
DP-FASS-95/95-2012 FASS Fuel System 95gph flow rate for Stock to Moderate Power Levels
Now when it has 55 psi will that be fine for my stock pump? Really couldn't find much info about the difference just that the 90gph@55psi is $100 more the the other.
