fuel system questions

I was looking into the fuel regulated return kit and really interested in installing it on my truck. Don't know if I can run it with my stock pump and was wondering if anyone on here has done, and also where they got it from and how hard its to change. It also said it would delete the fuel bowl. what filter would you need then.

The stock fuel system is already return regulated. Are you just wanting to delete the fuel bowl?
