I'm not really into Christmas either... Although I have been instructed to put on a "Happy Face" for my wife's sake.
Below freezing here this morning. Slicker than snot. Thankfully I have a very short commute. My truck tried to go sideways most of the way in.

Good Christmas Eve morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 30.1 and if the sun hurries and breaks over the horizon, we might get to see it! Some frost and a little fog.
Have to go to the outlaws, insurance company and battery shop today. This evening to a family Christmas dinner at my cousins place in Grand Ronde. Going to be a busy couple of days...................

Morning guys, in the low 20's here, but sunny. just going to hang around the house today and work on some house things. It is my wife that is not into Christmas this year.

Wow! I'm never taking Christmas Eve off again.
The office was greeted with smoked salmon (about 5 lbs), smoked turkey breast, roast beef, cheese and two kinds of summer sausage. What a great way to start off the day.

Wow! That sounds like it is going to be a heck of a morning there Tiny.
I've been bushwhacked. My wife and daughter have a "face time" app on their smart phones and we are now "teleconferencing" George Jetson style. I hate talking on phones so I guess it makes it a little more tolerable...........

The guy was really humble about it, never made any money off it, Just "Hero of the Soviet Union" status. Never had any regrets that it was used to defend the Motherland, but REAL regrets it would wind up in the hands of terrorists and criminals, said he would rather had invented farm machinery. He and Eugene Stoner, inventor of the M-16, became friends after the iron curtain fell, now both are gone.
According to some sources, he almost got a all expense paid trip to Siberia, over his criticism of top brass decision to modify the AK to become the AK-74 and fire the 5.45x39mm round over the classic 7.62x39mm.
