94, I know you already adjusted your wastegate, but I turned mine on in. I'm pushing 11-12 psi wot. Got a better whistle after I adjusted mine on in the second time. Really hear it when I have the passenger window down while I go buy a building or something close to the road at around 1500 rpm. Stock head gaskets and studs by the way. Haven't had any problems.

i hit 15 the other day.......... WG is plugged with a bolt.
I really don't hear my whistle from the cab unless I go by something close to the road. Get someone to do a drive by with your truck. If you don't mind, get a video.
Eric, do what Kla94 said above and adjust your wastegate all the way in. The wheels on these turbos are so small that drive pressure will push the WG open and you wont get max boost. More spring preload keeps it from opening, even if you have it unplugged.
You could also do what NMB2 did on his old truck, and weld the WG shut, put a tack weld on the lever. He regularly saw 22psi.
I do, but because I dont have cores to build the turbos off of yet, I dont want to advertise something I cant deliver in a timely manner. When I get my hands on a couple of cores, I will toss them up on the site. I can do the upgrades, thats no problem, you would just have to bear the downtime, and thats a couple weeks assuming there is no issues with whatever delivery service is used...

so i should adjust it all the way in and then re-connect the tube to the WG?
i think my wg rod is already turned in all the way. i would have to look though.
my boost climbs fine just is low b/c of my fuel. when i really lay into it the boost climbs pretty quick actually.
Lock that WG up, and get some good boost numbers out of it... You know you want 20psi ...
oh i know i want those boost numbers.
i did hook the WG back up and adjusted the rod. didn't notice anything today. i find that i am driving the truck easier now lol. i need to get used to the noise increase. 2500rpm is louder now than what 3200 was with the muffler LOL.
