So, we got a call last Thursday the the hinges on the gates at the trash enclosure were failing. We went back and forth as to what could fail on them and ended up going there today. The person that called(job sup) said they failed because they were 3/16" instead of 1/4".
As it turns out, the only thing that failed was the moron's brain that didn't latch the gates closed and the wind got a hold of them and swung them open. The worst one was slammed into the corner of a building. Bent the hinges at almost a 45 degree angle. So, after a bunch of cutting and grinding the hinges are off and I get to replace the 3/16" with 3/8" material. Problem is, if they let them swing open like that again it will still bend.............. or break the bolts off...
WOW, 3 hours "tossing and turning" at your age is pretty good
That would be good at any age. LOL

No luck getting the excursion to start. It cranks but no tack so I had a used cps from my truck I put on but same result. Crank no start or tack. I'll buy a new one and try that. Hope it ain't the brain gone dead
How much voltage while cranking? If it is too low it will not fire. I forget what the magic number is though. Is there oil in the HPOP? Should be within 3/4" of the top.

Hooked to my truck it is 14.5 volts +/- low oil in the HPOP wouldn't cause the tack not to move would it?
