You will not find me in any 6.4 powered truck. You have to pull the cab to do anything. No options to work around it either. I will eventually skip to a 6.7 down the road, once I hear the reliability is better.
I sure hope you are talking about trucks here.....

That sucks. I am not sure on the schrader valve with out looking but I believe there is a port you have to screw a fitting in to check it. Drain the fuel bowl and then turn the key on and make sure it is filling up.
