How's everybody this soggy day
I just sent Matt a text, and a PM in case he wasn't sure we're getting together for dinner tonight. Just haven't seen him signed in for a few day's.
Looking forward to tonight's dinner and a few laughs
I surely do appreciate the messages, Bob. And no worries about me arresting anybody, I ain't cop status....My partner, on the other hand....No promises...lol
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend. I'm gonna make one again here soon dadgummit.
As far as me having not been on in a while, I been keeping up through email, just keep forgetting to reply. I been pretty well consumed working on designing my switch panel. I don't think I've made it to sleep before 3AM this whole week...lol
What about a big Spring get together
We could pitch in and rent a spot at a lake/park, so we could have a covered shelter, bring our BBQ grills/Smoker/Pot Luck style.
Even take it another notch and invite our families/friends, get some fishing in, park area for smaller ones
Well, we got Lake Mackintosh on the Guilford/Alamance line, got some nice picnic shelters, playground right beside it, vollyeball court, boat rentals. Not sure how much the shelters are but I can easily find out.

Uwharrie National Forest comes to mind. People with 4wd can stretch their suspensions, If you like there is also a shooting range for rifles (and pistols I believe), outdoors of course. You've got Badin Lake for fishing (I think that's the name of it) and it's close to the center of the state.
We could even hand out trophy's for the Nicest and Ugliest Ford truck! I should have a pretty good shoe-in for the ugliest .
Matt and Josh, I like either idea, but having a place to possibly get some shooting in is an added plus.
And I'm sure this is different, but, the Uwharrie National Forest has had several (here we go) Bigfoot sightings, yup I'm into that stuff. I may even crack open a book, and check out every web-sight I can find about sightings and just get sucked in.
I have several vary close friends that have swear they have seen and heard things.
A friend of mine swears he saw big foot up near my land in caswell one night. He was driving a taxi at the time and was hauling some folks back home, swears up and down ol' Sassy ran across the road in front of him.
