Awesome! Stokely's is my favorite BBQ joint of any I have ever had. Good food, good amount for the price, and good service.

Gentlemen and I mean that loosely, Lol. Unfortunately I am going to miss out again this month. This weekend I am going out of town on a 4 day weekend trip into the mountains of WV on the motorcycle to ride the backroads and get away for a short while. I need all the extra cashflow I can hang onto for the trip and the cabin rental. Cabin is only $466 for the weekend which isn't too bad but man it hurts on such a short notice. Sorry again guys. Maybe next month things will be back to normal and I will get to spend some of the money I make on some BBQ.

Sounds like a pretty good trip Willie! Nothing wrong with getting away and that sounds like a sweet bike ride.
We have our vacation in just a couple of weeks. Same deal, we have a cabin rented for the full week. I think we I got a good deal, though it's still almost $800, but a full week in the Tennessee mountains.
Can't wait for it to get here.

So Willie is out. Lee is a maybe. Bob, are you in or out? Matt, you still going to make it?

Trying to figure out if I'm riding to Burlington to eat by myself.

Change of plans.

I can't get in touch with Matt and we're down to Bob and myself. We're going to grab a bite locally. No one else has responded so I think we're fine to call it off for Burlington this month. Maybe next month will work out for more folks.

Sorry it didn't work out as planned this month. Bob and his wife and I ended up meeting locally. We had a nice dinner, good conversation and some interesting food.

I finally got up with Matt. He was working all day and had poor cell reception. Lee had to back out last minute as well.

We'll try again next month.

James, Shari (pronounced Sherry) and I also had a nice visit as well. Different describes the food, I have few guide lines that I go by when ordering food.
If I have to ask questions, or just cant identify it. I don't eat it, but did still manage to fill a tray pretty well.

Sorry guys. But the way the weather has been this week by the time I get off of work I am borderline dehydrated. Temp in the shop yesterday was 114 degrees and today looks just as bad. If I can just make it through this day without the paramedics having to revive me I should be ok. Honestly if money weren't an issue for the trip I still may not of gone just for the heat reasons. I was not ready for this heat wave this week. I hope all is well with everyone and next month I hope everything will be back to nornal.

Take care of yourself in this heat, Willie.
The way I sweat, as long as I drink lots of fluids, I am good to go in the heat. I stay soaked but don't over heat...
