I am going to try and make it it depends on work.
I am training a guy starting tomorrow and I dont know what I will have for jobs till 5pm tomorrow.
Also Fri. they like to run us late to fill the cement plants so they have supplies for Saturday jobs.
I will take the truck just in case as Apex is closer than my home.

Sounds good, I just talked to Paul and he is going to come too. Haven't heard from Ed or MotorHead yet. Niko said he was interested to come out.
I think we all enjoyed Danny's BBQ, I know I want to go back and try their beef short ribs next time. Discussed at dinner that for September we'd like to try Wilbur's in Goldsboro.
Nik I'd like to know how putting a spacer between the intake and carb work for you, hopefully that will solve your vapor lock troubles. If not I know you said you were thinking about adding a fuel return line. Speaking of which, do you know the condition of your tank, pick-up tube, and fuel line? If it gets partially clogged from rust or other junk that could lead the same trouble you are describing.
Nik, Also replace all the rubber fuel lines as they can break down on the inside, even more so with today's fuel, and the out side look like new.
How about starting a thread of what the problem is that you had so we dont mess up the "dinner" thread and we can all help you with it.
Sorry I did not hear what it was at dinner other than an "over hear" at best.

Well September is right around the corner. Last we talked about was going out to Goldsboro to eat at Wilbur's. How does everyone feel about that, and can someone suggest a day or a range of days that would be good?
We haven't had a dinner out as a group in several months, since Danny's in Cary. There is a new place near here, at the Johnston County airport in Smithfield. It's called "Low and Slow". Would anyone be up for trying out this new place this coming Friday (14th)?
