I mean, we have Woodard BBQ here in Broadway, that I haven't had y'all out to yet. But it's hours are strange, and I'm not sure December is a good month to get ya'll out here. A quick search of best BBQ show's Allen and Sons and Clyde Coopers as showing up on several lists.
There was also a place that I think John wanted us all to try that wasn't BBQ. I do feel like something different than the restaurants we've been to previously would be nice. So I'm trying to avoid Grandsons and others that I remember hitting before.

Lillington! That's a good thought. There's a Texas style bbq restaurant there. Texas pit. Been a while since I ate that one. There's also one on the river in Lillington. I haven't eaten there since I was in my early twenties.

Texas Pit BBQ is in angier. Im game for that, the place on the river, Howard's?, Is something else now last I went by there when I had to go to Fayetteville for some parts.

I'm on half day schedule starting next week so I should be able to make it, and it's right around an hour either way whether it's Lillington or Angier. My step son has a ball game Tuesday, any other day should work.
