Man it is just down the street from me and for once don't have work but ......... I have family in from Ca. for the holiday.
I am going to see what I can do to make it may bring family.
Wonder how they would like to ride in the bed of the pick up LOL

Dave, the more the merrier. As I remember it, the restaurant has a decent sized dining area, unlike some places we've been.
I'm going to try to bring the big truck this time as well. Ya'll can laugh at the interior. I still haven't had chance to get to it, and 2020 isn't looking terribly optimistic with the free time. But if anyone knows where I might be able to get a bus for cheap.. I'm on the look out for one.. I think..

Na. I'll do a Oversized SUV before the mini-van. However we want to keep camping and maybe even do some more. However, the truck is getting a bit cramped. Also the kids aren't real happy with the size of their cubbies in the camper. So, I've looked for class a's and class c's (so I can can tow the trailer) but alas no real luck on finding them with enough bunks for us. So, I'm just going to build what I want. If I have to choose on a frame, it'll be a school bus. Those suckers can roll over and not cave in the roof. Very solid structure. Of course if I had the deep pockets, I'd start looking for an over the road coach. But then I don't think I could quite do with that what I can do with a school bus either so...
Yes it was good to see all that could make it I and family had a good time.
Sorry we did not have more light for you guys to look the truck over but I am sure there will be someday.

Truck was looking great Dave you gotta start bringing it around to the shows & cruise-ins!
Then I got to keep it looking nice
If I know when, where and the time off from work I don't have any issues taking it.
In the past I have not looked to hard for them but also did not have anything to take.
I also want to make a little photo book of what it started off as, work I did thru the rebuild so people can see it was not done by a shop.
I also have to get the 70 AMC street Javelin back in the garage to get going on that again.
That should really turn heads and be the only AMC at any shows.
Before I started any work on it many many years ago back up in CT.
Dave ----
There is an AMX that comes around to our shows from time to time, but that's the only AMC I ever see in this area. A Javelin sure won't be something ordinary! I'll be sure to let you know when it's time for something in our area. There is a monthly cruise in down in Benson at the Char-Grill, I think it runs from April to October.
