Lightening the mood a bit - picked these up in about 2 hours one afternoon, from Big Pine creek, plus a couple smaller ones that I kicked back.

Turner's Outdoorsman
Yes, I've been a couple of times. It is good, particularly if you want to try out a lot of different guns. They charge you a couple bucks for a magazine full.

Probably going out to that show on Sunday.
I'll bet it took less time to eat those trout than it did to catch 'em

They was good! We ate half of them a few minutes after taking their picture. The other half we'll probably have this week.

Gotta see how the weekend plans go, but I might be able to convince the fiance to head out there as well.
Gotta love a woman that loves guns and encourages their use!
Nevermind...just noticed I had the wrong weekend. We will be in the middle of our honeymoon that weekend. When I read Steve's post I was thinking this Sunday.

A woman who not only loves guns, but encourages their use is definitely a keeper.

Hey quick question, chillins... where would you think I should post a notice about an upcoming off-road run in Death Valley National Park? In the SoCal forum (and NorCal forum since it's half-way between)?

I think Death Valley would be So Cal by any definition. But yeah, why not include No Cal, and even NV which is closer than No Cal.

Can anyone identify these geezers by their character's names in a popular sitcom of the late 50's/early 60's?
