78 F250 2wd c6. I talked to the guy. He is taking it back to Michigan. Bought it not knowing it the engine was seized or not. Engine had not been run for over 4 years. He got it started on the old gas.

Yep, how many times have we heard that?
If and when that day finally comes and the engine has been rebuilt (possibly with the power washer method?) the truck won't be worth putting it back in to!
