I like the stripes on that truck. We should have like cards to slip under the wiper that say "you've been spotted" they direct the owner to FTE where if they enter their particulars about the truck like tire and wheel size for example we wouldn't have to wonder. and we could ask the owner ?'s about their truck Then they get entered into a yearly drawing for"Best dent spotted" and award prizes. Also different categories.
If you can not print them yourself, you just put the PDF attachment on a USB data stick, go to the library, they can print it out. Or Office Depot/Kikos/Best Buy. No way to do that like you are mobile phone only. Go to the library get on their computer, long on to FTE, down load the attachment, then print.
