Rained most the night I am told here, (by a roommate) and then it rained most of the morning, cleared up for about 3-4 hours, then started all over again. The break was long enough for me to do some puddle jumping, so I am a happy camper now.
Well, had a perfect day.
Got up late (7a).
Coffee and NASCAR news.
Worked on both trucks.
Went over to the new inlaws and had a little to drink.
Got home.
A little dinner and more drink.
Livin the dream.

That's a question he should have asked BEFORE he married her (and from the writings on the window, he likely just did).
Her intellect musta' not been the reason.
Posting his wife's stupidity on the interweb isn't the wisest thing to do, and leaving it there to have copies made (there's already one) is just plain dumb.
As sad as that is.. it would amaze you to find out how many students I used to have that were like that!
Here is a question of an aviation exam that I used to give students;
One Nautical mile is equivalent to one minute of arc of Longitude at the equator or 6076 feet. If we were flying at 100 knots per hour, how far would we fly in 30 minutes, in nautical miles and also in feet? If we are burning 10 gallons of fuel per hour how much fuel would we consume in that same 30 minutes?
Not sure I would want someone hovering overhead that can't do fuel burn calcs.
Sheesh!

Enrollment every Semester was about 50 students.... after 18-24 months only 2-5 students would make it all the way through! Many will get their private License, but to continue to the level of Commercial pilot is a different story...Many would survive until EP's (Emergency Procedures Training) then they would drop like fly's during autorotations... We always started with ground training class, and then SIM Training,to weed people out..... many, want to be Pilots, but most just don't have the goods...Almost anyone who really want's to can make it as a pilot, but you have to eat,sleep, and live Flying, during the training phase. The FAA will try their darnedest to trip up a prospective pilot, but in reality they are great people who really want to see pilots succeed (SAFELY)
