with the dual inlets on these filter heads, can you run two feed lines into a filter head an then one output? will there be any issues with one input back feeding the other input line or anything like that?

Yes you can run dual in and dual out if desired. Feedback will depend. The fuel will take the path of least resistance. if you are pumping into it will not likely be an issue. If you are sucking in, say from two different tanks, one will empty before the other.

Do you think a 3/8 fitting would fit in the rear of heads.. ie: 1/8 pipe nipple to maybe 3/8 straight - 3/8 90*.. or 3/8 fitting after 90* ??? ... Basically I may run 3/8 from pump on.. Using a FASS 80 PSI variable pump..
The stock fittings in the back of the heads will accept 5/16" steel line and a compression nut and feral. The stock lines are 1/4", so 5/16" is an upgrade. I really don't see the need to run 3/8" to each head. This how I did mine....
