The new Total Recall was based on earth, and the original was based on Mars.
Each movie had its better parts. The special effects are far superior in the new movie, but I still think the original was better. The new movie tried to maintain the fact that it was a copy of the original movie premis, but IMO failed to hit the mark. If your a younger person who hasnt seen the original, you may never catch some of the parts that they obviously put into the movie to help it reflect the original. One part in particular (while fun to watch) really had no place in the new movie and was obvioulsy just put there because it was so talked about in the old movie.
This is off topic, but I was looking at my 99 F-Series brochure and the F-150 chassis illustration (photo) is 'flopped", i.e. it;s printed upside down. The fuel tank is on the right, and the exhaust is on the left. I wonder how this ever got out of the printer that way.
Otherwise, it's a great sales brochure. I have not been able to get a 2012 F-150 brochure despite many trips to my dealer (F. R. Ford).
